Dr. Shibal Bhartiya is Clinical Director of Ophthalmology at Marengo Asia Hospitals, Gurugram, and Program Director for Community Outreach & Wellness and the Marengo Asia International Institute of Neuro and Spine (MAIINS), with over 23 years of experience. Trained at Maulana Azad Medical College and the Dr R P Centre for Ophthalmic Sciences, AIIMS, with a glaucoma research fellowship at the University of Geneva, he specialises in glaucoma, neuro-ophthalmology, ocular surface disease, LASIK, macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy. He is a research collaborator at Mayo Clinic, Editor-in-Chief of Clinical and Experimental Vision and Eye Research, and the author of 200+ peer-reviewed papers and 10 textbooks.
